Delivery Policy

At Radiance Leather, Nairobi, Kenya, we ensure that all items ordered will be delivered to you in excellent condition, whether you are in Kenya or overseas. We understand how important safe and timely delivery is to you, so we strive to fulfill all orders as efficiently as possible. We offer different shipping methods depending on your location.

Standard Nairobi Shipping

All orders for delivery within Nairobi County can be fulfilled on the same day if placed before 1:00 PM on a working day.

After completing your order and making full payment, your order will be delivered:

The same day for orders placed before 1:00 PM.
The next working day for orders placed after 1:00 PM.

In case of delays due to unavoidable circumstances, we assure you that delivery will be completed as soon as possible, and our team will keep you informed.

We operate on weekends from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with weekend deliveries scheduled between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

We deliver to areas within Nairobi, including but not limited to Kileleshwa, Lavington, Karen, Runda, BuruBuru, Riverside, Westlands, Roysambu, Muthaiga, Loresho, Kilimani, Imara Daima, Upperhill, Ngong Road, Mombasa Road, Thika Road, and more.

Delivery within Nairobi County is FREE!

Nairobi Environs (Slightly Outside Nairobi County)

All orders scheduled for delivery within the Nairobi Metropolitan area will be delivered on the next working day following order and payment completion.

These areas include:

Parts of Kiambu County: Ruiru to Juja, Kiambu Town, Thindigwa.
Uthiru to Kikuyu on Waiyaki Way.
Ruaka, Kabete.
Parts of Kajiado County: Ngong Town, Ongata Rongai, Kitengela up to Yukos.
Parts of Machakos County: Athi River up to Greatwall Gardens.
Ruai, Utawala.

A delivery charge of $4 applies for locations outside Nairobi County but within the Nairobi Metropolitan area.

Standard Outside Nairobi Shipping (2-3 Days Delivery)

For deliveries outside Nairobi, orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days. Our courier partners deliver to addresses within a 10 km radius of major towns. If the address is outside this radius, the recipient may need to collect the parcel from the courier’s offices in the nearest town.

For deliveries to towns in the Eastern and North Eastern regions (Lodwar, Marsabit, Isiolo), we require 3-5 days due to reliance on third-party courier services.

The cost for this shipping method is $5.50.

Worldwide Shipping via DHL Express

For international orders, we use DHL Express. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 21 working days, depending on the destination country. A tracking ID will be provided to help monitor the shipment status.

We are not liable for any customs-related delays.

The charges start from $15.00 onwards, excluding customs and import duties.

What Can You Do to Make Delivery Easier?

When entering your shipping details, please ensure they are accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues.

For deliveries outside Nairobi where addresses are unclear, our courier may not be able to deliver directly to the doorstep. In such cases, recipients may need to collect their parcels from the nearest courier office.
