Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Radiance Leather. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and the quality of our leather products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We accept returns and offer replacements or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the product you receive is defective or damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.

  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Custom-made, personalized, or discounted items are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

However, in such rare cases where we are unable to offer a replacement, for stock-out items, we shall offera full refund of the original amout paid to us.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Provide clear photographs of the product showing the defect, damage, or issue.

  3. Upon approval, you will be given a return authorization and instructions on shipping the product back.

  4. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective product).

  5. Once received, we will inspect the product and process the refund or exchange within 10 business days.


3. Refunds

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider and bank policies.

  • Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable, except for returns due to our error.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If the desired replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.


5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the production or shipping process may have begun.


6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Items purchased on sale or during special promotions.

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer.

  • Any item returned beyond the specified return window.


7. Warranty Policy

Our products come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 6 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect.

  • Exposure to extreme temperatures, water damage, or chemical contact.


8. Legal Disclaimer

Radiance Leather reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this policy. In case of any disputes, the decision of Radiance Leather shall be final.
